DISPOSAL FEES FOR SOLID WASTE AT A DEHEC APPROVED LINED LANDFILL-RFQP03050900036

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Estill, South Carolina intends to issue a government purchase order to Waste Management Hickory Hill Landfill, Ridgeland, South Carolina, for the provision of disposal fees for solid waste from the Federal Correctional Institution, Estill, South Carolina. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract. The contract shall consist of a twelve month period. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by January 10, 2021, 1:00pm. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed and show that competition would be advantageous to the Government. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with the policies and procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. No solicitation is available. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition to Waste Management Hickory Hill Landfill, Ridgeland, South Carolina.
