Brief Description: To travel to US-controlled forward operating bases (FOBs) and consolidated operating bases (COBs) thorough out Iraq to test and identify unknown substances, which may be hazardous waste, and to properly label the contents for identification. The Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-1/A) PARC- Forces Contracting Office Camp Victory, Iraq is seeking chemicals analysts for the identification of unmarked hazardous materials throughout Iraq. These items need to be tested and labeled so that contents are properly identifiable. This will include the Northern, Central and Southern zones of Iraq. Interested sources should forward (via e-mail) the Contracting Officer answers to the following questions not later than 07 June 2006: (1) Have you performed the type of services referenced above in the past? (2) If yes, provide timeframe for when work was performed. (3) Were these services performed for the Government? (4) Do your personnel possess the necessary certifications/country clearances?
