This is a sources sought announcement, a market survey for written information only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. ACA-The Americas, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is seeking sources with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, security approvals/clearances (Top Secret and Secret) and capability to provide all personnel, management, supervision, transportation services and other services necessary to perform Information Operations, OPSEC, Library services, teaching reading/writing Arabic and Pashtu classes, English speaking classes and other detainee programs to support JTF-GTMO Detention Operations. Due to the sensitive locale of the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, foreign nationals from dissident political areas may be excluded and denied entry approval. No employee or representative of the contractor will be admitted to the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba without prior entry approval. The background of contractor personnel will be screened prior to entry to the U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Proposers will be evaluated using Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures that result in award based on Best Value to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611630. Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by providing the following information: 1) Relevant Experience of the contractor: Submit a maximum of five contracts describing the services provided, contract and subcontract value; type of contract; contract completion date, customer point of contact including phone number; percentage of self-performed work and narrative of work you firm perform aced and the performance rating of the work. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Since this is a sources sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants.
