The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. (see attached market research questionnaire) The service will encompass the provision of Test Administrator services. The service will be provided for the prisoners held in the custody of the Federal Correctional Institution in Bastrop, TX (FCI Bastrop). The requirement for these services will normally consist of 4 sessions per day with a session defined as one hour. The services will normally be performed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Estimated amount of sessions per year is 600.
