The Corporation for National Community Services (CNCS), Office of Procurement Services located in Washington DC is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties for the CNCS/AmeriCorps NCCC new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Van Driver Safety Assessment services for the Southwest Region Campus in Aurora, CO. This BPA outlines the basic services to be performed in a broad nature and each BPA Call Number issued will expand the services to be accomplished which will be unique to each project. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611692 and size standard 7.5 million. However, this NAICS code maybe subject to change pending market research. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of industry. The period of performance will be one (1) base year and four (4) option years. All responses to this source sought notice/market research will be evaluated and used in determining acquisition strategy. Submission Instructions: 1. Relevant projects should be similar in size and scope; b. Provide the name of the commercial firm or Government agency where the work was performed; c. Provide the contract number, total dollar value and the start and end dates; d. Indicate if your company performed the work as the prime or subcontractor.
