This announcement constitutes an official Sources Sought Notice for Market Research in relation to Ophthalmology and Optometry Services for the Phoenix VA Health Care System and replaces previous Presolicitation Notice posted on November 7, 2008. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and HUBZone Certified Businesses are encouraged to participate. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice or otherwise pay for information requested. No entitlement of payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses and Government use of information. This Sources Sought Notice is seeking to identify interested SDVOSBs, VOSBs, SDBs, WOSBs, 8(a) and HUBZone Certified Businesses with the capability and experience to furnish clinical Ophthalmology and Optometry services at the Carl T Hayden VA Medical Center and surgical and laser coverage at the Contractor's facility. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621111, size standard of $10.0 Mil shall apply.
