Applied Behavior Analysis Services in Puerto Rico

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense (DoD) Education Activity-DDESS Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services for students attending Antilles Middle School in Puerto Rico in accordance with attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. 3.The anticipated PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is: 11 May 2016 through 31 July 2016. 4.Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full description of services and technical requirements. 5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 621112 -- Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists, with a size standard of $11 Million. 6. If your firm is interested, capable, and qualified to provide the services outlined in the PWS, please submit appropriate written information and/or data supporting your company's capability to perform the required services. Information shall also include the company name, business mailing address, point of contact, telephone / facsimile number, Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), and Commercial and Government Entity CAGE code under which they are registered in SAM. 7.
