Q--The USP&FO has two requirements; 1 for Mobile Dentist Exams to include Treatment and 2 Periodic Health Assessments to include Vision, Hearing, and Lab.

This is an attempt to locate HUBZONE contractors as well as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, and Small Disadvantaged Buisness, capable of providing Mobile Dental Services to include exams, x-rays and treatment. We are also seeking HUBZONE contractors to perform Periodic Health Assessments to include Vision Screeneing, Medical Screenings, and Lab work if neecessary. These medical services are needed during the period 24-25 Jun 2009. The anticipated number of Soldiers is 400. Contractor will be required to have a Mobile Unit capable of performing all Dental Services needed. The performance of the medical services will be conducted in a building provided by the Governemnt. Contractor will be required to provide medical staff to perform the requierment. If there are no HUBZONE contractors capable of performing this requirement, we will move to the other categories of contractors.
