The NAICS code for this potential acquisition is 621340 (Size Standard: $7.5 Million). DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: 1. Audiometric Booth for the Iowa City VA Medical Center to be installed in a clinical setting in a local federal building in Iowa City, Iowa. The Audiometric booth will be used by the Compensation & Pension Department for use in veteran s disability claims for hearing loss. Technical specifications of the booth are based on the VHA Handbook 1170.2 and Appendices. 2. Scope of Work: One prefabricated, self-standing Audiometric Booth that contains one Double Wall Exam Room and one Single Wall Control Suite. The audiometric booth covered by this specification includes, but is not limited to all enclosure panels, flooring, doors, molding, electrical components and connections, receptacles, wiring, lighting fixtures, switches and dimmers, ventilation, accommodation for sprinkler system, and installation to make the booth completely operable. 3.
