The purpose of this announcement is to identify firms that possess both the capability and experience to provide service that meet the Government's requirement. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form any binding contracts. Additionally, respondents should be aware that they will not be notified of any results of the review. Seeking Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or other small businesses capable of providing dialysis services for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System(CAVHCS), Montgomery, Alabama. Contract service will be provided within a 20 mile radius of the city limits at Montgomery, Alabama. Based upon response to this notice a decision will be made on what type of set-aside will be made for the future solicitation. Contractor shall provide Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, hereto and after referred to as CAVHCS, with dialysis treatment for eligible beneficiaries. The contractor shall provide services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week including Federal Holidays. Contractor shall provide all supplies and services necessary to process patients and perform dialysis treatment at the contractor's site. Contractor shall provide acute dialysis at CAVHCS in the Medical Intensive Care unit for critically sick patients in need of acute dialysis Contract period is a base period with four 1-year renewal options. The NAICS code is 621492 with a small business size of $34.5 million.
