Q--Sources Sought Notice Capitated Rates, Community Based Outpatient Clinic, McMinn County Tennessee

This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities. The Department of Veteran's Affairs, VISN 9 is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide a Capitated Community Based Outpatient clinic (CBOC) to service the McMinn County, Tennessee area. It is estimated that there is a Veteran population of approximately 10,000 in the area to be served. The contractor should furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment, supplies, emergency fill pharmaceuticals and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of enrolled patients. The contractor would be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract and the health plan hereunder including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. Responses to this notice must include general information regarding your company such as Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, E-mail, type of business such as 8(a), Small Business, Hub Zone, Small Disadvantaged, Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned. In addition, please indicate whether your company has experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs Captitated CBOC Program, and if it is your intention to be a joint venture with another company.
