Whole Blood Products and Services NCO 8 NF/SG Gainesville Florida is seeking responsible sources to provide a service contract for Whole Blood Products and services for all locations within the NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System. This notice is for planning and a solicitation is not available at this time. This synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources related to NAICS 621991. This service is located at the NF/SG VA Hospital, 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville Florida 32608, and 619 S. Marion St Lake City, Florida 32025. Services include the following: Delivery of whole blood and blood products provided by a registered and/or licensed blood bank entity and pick-up from all NF/SG locations. Collection, Process and Typing of Blood, Packaging and Marking: Blood shall be labeled as to A, B, 0 and Rh type, and testing for Anti-HIV-1/2, Anti-HCV, HbsAg, Anti-HTLV-I/II, Anti-HBc, Syphilis, HIV-1/HCV RNA, and West Nile Virus.
