The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center Services (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders within the city limits of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Residential Reentry Center, dated August 2000, amended through July 2006.? This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract. The services are estimated to be 99% male and 1% female minimum/88% male and 12% female maximum. The estimated number of inmate days is 54,750 minimum/94,900 maximum for the base period; 27,375 minimum/47,450 maximum for options years one and three; and 27,450 minimum/47,580 maximum for option year two, respectively. The solicitation will be available on or after March 2, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
