SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For Transitional Housing (Health Care for Homeless Veteran) for Northern Indiana VAMC This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist and if there are any businesses capable of providing the requirements. The proposed NAICS Code is 624229, Other Community Housing ($14 Million). The Northern Indiana VA Health Care System (NIHCS), in Fort Wayne, Indiana has a need for community-based residential care center for homeless veterans. Contractor(s) shall provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Treatment and Rehabilitative Services for up to twelve (12) male homeless veterans with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a residential care center located in any of the following counties: Grant, Blackford, Jay, Randolph, Delaware, Henry, Madison, Howard. This is a total need and the VA contemplates making multiple awards (If applicable). The government is interested in sources that can provide some or all of the required services. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide (i.e. if you can only support a certain number of beds, please state what you can provide).
