Amended Solicitation - Management of FAA Fitness Center in Renton, WA

This solicitation is being amended for the following reasons: 1) The requirement of a local presence in Western Washington is being removed from this solicitation - (Sections L and M). 2)Correction of typo in the dates in Part I - Section B - Bid Schedule. These changes are reflected in the attached REVISED RFO. You will need to sign the SF30 Amendment form acknowledging the amendment. -------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGNAL SOLICITATION VERBIAGE BELOW **This is a set-aside for small businesses.** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified small businesses to submit offers for a 5 year contract (base year plus 4 option years) to provide on-site management of a Fitness/Wellness Center located in an FAA building in Renton, WA. The contract includes both management of the facility and providing instructional exercise classes (see Section C - Scope of Work). Offerers must meet all qualifications/ requirements as described in the attached Request for Offer. Questions are due by 4:00pm on March 13th. Deadline for submission of offers is 5:00pm on March 17th, 2014. Please submit the SF33 form, RFO, and business declaration form, along with supporting documents for qualifications. Please note that a local presence in the Western WA area is required to fulfill the terms of this contract.
