89 -- Request for Information Food Service Opportunity in New Orleans, LA

TO: All Individuals or Business Parties with Possible Interest in Providing Food Services in the Metarie, LA (New Orleans) area. The Environmental Protection Agency is requesting statements of interest and opinions regarding providing mobile food vending services to personnel who are currently stationed at the Louisiana Technical College in Metarie, LA. The type of service would include providing walk up and/or cafeteria style food service. It would be necessary for the vendor to provide service twice a day to include a selection of breakfast foods and a variety of dinner meals, including at least two meat selections (beef, chicken, pork and/or seafood) and a vegetarian selection. These meals should consist of “standard American cuisine”. The average daily number of total employees requiring this service is 100 (breakfast and dinner combined). Meals will be paid for by the individual employees. It is estimated that the service would be necessary until 3/31/06. Interested parties are requested to submit a list of menu choices that would be offered and the prices for each item.
