Please see the attached Statement of Work as a reference and guide as to what requirements we are looking for. If interested you can fill out the attached, blank pricing list labeled "Appendix D". The pricing shouid reflect your bulk pricing list for active duty military. Email a copy of that list filled out to [email protected]. Please note in the content of your email your experience with BPAs if any (none is ok too). Additional documents that may be of asssistance is a copy of your SAM registration.
