National Labor Relations Board Statement of Work CPR/AED/First Aid Training 1.0 Scope of Work The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) requires cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillation (AED) and first aid training at a number of its field offices, specified in Table 1 below. CPR/AED training must be certified by a nationally recognized organization, such as the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Training certificates must be valid for at least two years and conducted by a certified course instructor. NLRB requires all trainings to be conducted on site within the agency's facilities. CPR/AED training should be a minimum of two hours in duration. The training shall include the use of CPR training manikins that are designed to teach proper rescue breath and chest compression techniques. A maximum of ten employees per office will be trained and the training must be conducted during normal business hours. NLRB LOCATIONS BELOW: TABLE 1 2.0 Deliverable Certificates The contractor shall provide training certificates to participants within thirty (30) days of training. Electronic formats of certificates are acceptable. 3.0 Period of Performance The contractor shall provide training to all specified offices within one hundred eighty (180) days from the contract award date. The period of performance shall consist of a base year with four option periods exercised every two years.
