Sources Sought notice for the Roseburg VA Healthcare System, for the following services: Program Description VA Oregon Rural Health (ORH) has authorized the Roseburg VA Healthcare System (VARHS) to pilot a Veteran Cycling for Health & Wellness Program in Douglas County, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all facilities, labor, materials, equipment and tools to establish a cycling for health and wellness program; including the following components: " Certified Bicycle Instructor " Bike Sharing System (www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIFeSHCviuU) " Group Fitness Training " Nutrition Education A Statement of Work (SOW) has been included below in this notice. The Request for Quotations is anticipated to be issued later within this month (December 2012). The anticipated start date of this contract is 01/01/2013. The contract shall be for an initial period through 09/30/2013. There shall be 1 possible extension option provided, depending on contractor performance, and the needs of the VA. The solicitation shall result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed-price contract. Additionally, there shall be a meeting to discuss and clarify the requirements of the needed services for this contract; as well as to discuss the statement of work.
