This sources sought synopsis is in support of market research being conducted by the NIH to identify capable poetntial small business sources to facilitate Training Workshops to include lectures and hands-on training specifically in the area of Bio-Trac Biotechnology. Based on the response to this Sources Sought the National Institutes of Health, National Institutes of Nursing Research will decide if this requirement will be set aside for small business, for a small business program (8a, HubZone, or Service Disabled Veteran), or processed through full and open market competition. Below is a highlight of services to be provided to NIH and attached is the current statement of work that is to be performed. This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government.
