U--OSHA and Occupational Safety Training

Sources sought: Native American/Native Alaskan small business enterprises who provide OSHA and Safety Training for eletrical service providers. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is issuing this sources sought to locate potential contractors with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to provide required OSHA and Safety Training for Colorado River Agency/Branch of Electrical Services (Parker, AZ) and San Carlos Irrigaiton Project (Coolidge, AZ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time, and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Information provided to the government as a result of this notice is voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs will arise as a result of a contractors submission of responses to the government. Information obtained from industrys response to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP. The NAICS code for this acquisition will be 926130, Regulation and Adminstration of Communications, Electric, Gas, and Other Utilities.
