Notice of Intent for award of sole source, US Army Corps of Engineers Acceptance Tested Fish Tags to Advanced Telemetry Systems Inc Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is 9525, the NAICS Code is 112511 and the size standard is $1,000,000. Notice of Intent for Award: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to Advanced Telemetry Systems Inc for US Army Corps of Engineers Acceptance Tested Fish Tags. The FWS is part of a multi-agency study and requires fish tags that have passed an US Army Corps of Engineers Acceptance Test and Advanced Telemetry Systems Inc is the only known vendor to have passed testing. Interested vendors may identify their interest and provide proof ot USACE testing under Solicitation W9127N-10-R-0038 or subsequent solicitation for the same testing to respond to this requirement for consideration. Responses must include available production quantitiy and timelines. Responses are due No Later Than 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) on 20 DEC 2019.
