46--Water Purification Services

Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center-Yuma, intends to execute a contract modification on a sole source basis to bring two additional water treatment plants online under an existing firm-fixed price contract with D & S Services located at 12204 E. Dell Norte, Yuma, Arizona 85367-9042. The modification will include a base period of seventy days (through 30 June 2011) with three one-month options to allow for a potential extension through 30 September 2011. D & S Services currently provides maintenance, operation, repair and installation services of existing water treatment plants and water treatment systems currently in use by the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona. These non-personal services include Operational, Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Repair services for Water Treatment Plants and Water Treatment Systems Facilities. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide the required services, interested parties may submit a capability statement or white paper which may be used for market research purpose for the follow-on acquisition.
