The General Services Administration, Mid-Atlantic Region, plans to issue a task order under existing Indefinite Quantity contract GS-03P-09-CD-D-0035 to procure construction management services for three ARRA-funded construction projects at the U. S. Post Office and Court House in Pittsburgh, PA. This opportunity is only available to the contractor who currently holds a construction management services order at the same building for non-ARRA projects. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated Indefinite Quantity contractor.
