Recovery - ARRA John Weld Peck Federal Building Modernization Project, Phase 2

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) IDIQ contract number GS-05P-09-GB-D-0015, task order number GS-P-05-10-GB-5017 for Pepper Construction Group, LLC. The purpose of this modification is to increase the abatement allowance and also incorporate the 8 th and 10 th floor ceiling and lighting upgrades into the task order for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for the John W. Peck Federal Building Modernization (Phase 2) project in Cincinnati, Ohio in the total amount of $1,851,190.58.
