The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking interested contractors to provide Design-Build Construction Services for the development of a new 9,930 sf office building on the Bureau of Reclamation campus in Yakima, WA. Design will be limited to Engineering Services, as the Architectural Design will be provided by GSA. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1.0 and $5.0 million. Occupancy is currently planned for May of 2009. A Two-Step selection process is being considered for this procurement, wherein technical qualifications are reviewed first and only those most highly qualified firms are asked to provide a price proposal.
