THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO STARCOM BUILDERS, HONOLULU, HAWAII FOR REPAIR SECURITY FORCES BUILDING 1001, PHASE 2 AT HICKAM AFB, HAWAII. Work effort for this modification will modify external door thresholds and add concrete curbing for the prevention of water invasion into renovated facility. Work will include new installation of bathroom waste line and toilet gasket dispensers. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
