Due to funding limitations the number of IDIQ contracts awarded for Zone 1 (Colville) may be fewer than eight. The scope of work under these contracts will include, but not limited to: • General carpentry (rough, framing, siding, and finish); • Window, door and/or glass replacement (commercial and residential); • Painting (interior and exterior); • Flooring installation (all types); • Concrete (formwork, placement and finishing); • General Maintenance (handyman, miscellaneous items); • HVAC repairs; • Electrical (work requiring a licensed electrician); • Plumbing (exterior water and sewer line repairs and building interior plumbing); • Roofing repair and replacement; and • Building demolition and disposal.
