The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded a contract modification under the existing CMc Services Contract to Berglund Construction Company, contract number GS-05P-09-GB-D-0034, task order number GS-P-05-10-SL-0056, in the amount of $1,134,077.06 for additional work to include Façade, window, roofing and restroom repairs for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 Lighting, Building System Replacement, Façade Restoration and Window Replacement Project at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, in Columbus, Ohio.
