Z -- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure system replacements and improvements to the Renovation and Courts Reorganization project at the W.E. Burger Fed Bldg. and U.S. Courthouse

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Property Development publicizes the award to an existing contract by modification to add additional construction services associated with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure system replacements and improvements to the Renovation and Courts Reorganization project at the W.E. Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in St. Paul Minnesota to Ryan Companies US, Inc. for the estimated construction cost of $20,155,000 under contract GS05P04GBC0004. This award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in order to avoid substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and prevent any unacceptable delays in fulfilling the client agency?s requirements that may occur.
