Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation has announced tenders on CONSTRUCTION (REHABILITATION ) OF 20 KM GORI-QARELI SECTION OF THE EAST-WEST GAS PIPELINE and CONSTRUCTION (REHABILITATION ) OF 23 KM ZESTAPHONI-KUTAISI SECTION OF THE EAST-WEST GAS PIPILINE

The United States Agency of International Development (USAID) and the Government of Georgia (GoG) have entered into an agreement for assistance to promoting energy security through greater access to electricity and natural gas supplies for households in Western Georgia and secure gas supply security and reliability through infrastructure improvements. Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation has announced two tenders: 1) Procurement of Construction (Rehabilitation ) of 20 Km Gori-Qareli Section of The East-West Gas Pipeline (Phase IV); and 2) Procurement of Construction (Rehabilitation ) of 23 km Zestaphoni-Kutaisi Section of The East-West Gas Pipeline (Phase IV). Interested individuals and legal entities are invited to submit the bids. Bids must be received from 10:00 of September 16, 2013 till 16:30 September 20, 2013. Bids will be opened at 17:00 local time on September 20, 2013 in the administrative building of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation. Interested individuals are required to pay the bidding participation fee of 500 GEL or the equivalent USD or Euro with official exchange rate of National Bank of Georgia.
