RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR Subpart 5.7 Publicizing Requirement Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. It is the intent of the Forest Service to request pricing in accordance with the Ordering Process as stated in the Region 1 IDIQ Road Construction Services multiple award contracts and issue a Task Order. Project Description: The project consists of removal of an existing bridge and replacing it with precast, prestressed concrete bulb-tee bridge or a steel beam bridge. Work includes removal and disposal of old bridge, fill excavation, bridge installation, riprap placement, constructing grade control structures, reconstruction of the roadway, government furnished aggregate placement, vegetation planting and all other work needed to complete the project as required by the contract, plans, and specifications. Project Location. The project site is located at MP-23.00 on Road 100. From Kamiah, Idaho continue east across bridge and turn left on to Woodland road. Travel approximately 0.5 miles to junction with FS Road 100. Travel northeast on Road 100 to MP 23.00 where project is located, other routes to the site are available
