Hood, Siuslaw, Willamette, Umpqua, Rogue River-Siskiyou, Fremont-Winema National Forests, the Columbia River Gorge NSA, and Salem, Eugene, Roseburg, Medford, and Coos Bay districts of BLM. Contractors' attention is directed to the link above, where the original synopsis resides, and where all solicitation documents will be posted around 8 April 2016. Solicitation documents will not be posted at the site of this Special Notice. This Special Notice is merely a tool to allow as many contractors as possible throughout the geographic area of the solicitation to become aware of the solicitation.
