38--AF Set 120 Paint Striping Equipment

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - The 188th Mission Support Contracting intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order to Vogel Traffic Services for an AF 120 Set paint striper equipment set. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures In accordance with FAR 13.302 and other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b) and FAR 6.302-1(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
