RECOVERY- PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS, SAN JUAN NATIONAL FOREST, DURANGO, COLORADO

RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009”. It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) AG-82X9-B-08-010 to procure eight Rocky Mountain Buildings for the San Juan National Forest. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firm under the existing contracts to reach a best value determination for award. The San Juan National Forest intends to replace eight buildings throughout various locations in the San Juan National Forest.
