THE FOLLOWING IS A CLARIFICATION: QUESTION: Upon review of the drawings we are needing clarification regarding Drawing S-10. The drawing states new pavement, however based upon pictures we have review which I have attached it appears there is existing pavement, so in light of that are we needing to demo the existing pavement and replace with new? Please advise as to the intention. ANSWER: Yes, there is existing pavement, but it was damaged during IKE. There are several sink holes need to be fixed. The plan calls for a reinforced concrete pavement to replace the damaged asphalts pavement.
