THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CKY, Inc. W912BV-10-D-2018-DY01 This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. This is a modification to the existing Task Order for the project to prevent future erosion, thus insuring structural integrity of dam and protection to downstream areas. Project #3820 at Jim Cooper Dam, Texas is to repair ditches, requiring the grading and compaction of approximately 1,170 lineal feet of raw earth ditch, after which a 6-inch concrete liner was constructed inside the ditch. After excavation to the required grade, a substantial amount of unanticipated excess soil material remained which is required to be removed from the site. Project #5850 at Lake O the Pines is part of the park modernization project to insure the health and safety of the public. During re-alignment of some of the roadways, it is necessary to remove eight (8) additional trees to protect the integrity of the new pavement. This modification is to have the excess excavated material removed off-site and the additional trees removed by the contractor. POINT OF CONTACT: Allen R.
