RECOVERY--Y--2009 Maintenance Dredging, Garibaldi and Depoe Bay Boat Basins at Lincoln and Tillamook Counties, Oregon

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N09C00210001. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District has awarded a contract for maintenance dredging at the Garibaldi and Depoe Bay Boat Basins to Nehalem River Dredging, Inc. (DUNS 054976907). This modification provides for an adjustment in pricing to reflect the actual quantities of material dredged at Garibaldi Boat Basin. The estmated quantity to be dredged was 15,000 cubic yards. The actual quantity dredged was 13,604 cubic yards. The difference of 1,396 cubic yards resulted in a decrease of pricing from $375,500.00 to $372,289.20. This modification resulted in the decrease of Recovery Act funding by ($3,210.80).
