The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Task Order (Task Order 0001) to contract number W91278-09-D-0034 an IDIQ contract which was fully completed and established in accordance with FAR Part 14, on 07-Apr-2009. This contract is for the Rental of Construction Equipment with Operators for Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway, Alabama and Mississippi. This contract was awarded to Phillips Contracting Co. Inc., P.O.
