56 -- Notice of intent to award sole source

This is a notice of intent to award under other than full and open competition to SBA 8(a) Contractor M.D. Cristostomo of Barrigada, Guam for a quantity of six octagonal pole belts. The authority to award under other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). This is an 8(a) Sole Source. This synopsis of intent to award a contract shall not be considered a solicitation document; therefore, no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice.
