RECOVERY – Replacement of Critical Mechanical and Electrical Systems in building 34 at the SouthEast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA.

RECOVERY-This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate the following: additional trips made by the A-E firm to building 34 to determine the results of smells produced by HVAC unit and to inspect systems to verify the lead/lag modification functions properly in buildings 1, 4, and 34 at the SouthEast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA in the total amount of $9,791. This task order is issued on existing contract AG-3K15-C-06-0003 which was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services. These additional services arose under performance of the current task order and have been deemed necessary and within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor for contract AG-3K15-C-06-0003. This modification will be awarded to Toland & Mizell 590 Means Street, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30318.
