RECOVERY – Replacement of critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems serving Buildings 1, 4 and 34 at the Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA

This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate additional services necessary for the exhaust duct insulation, access doors and new fan and exhaust duct in Building 1. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). The additional services and the period of performance extension have been deemed necessary for project completion and within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0001. This modification will be awarded to Peachtree Mechanical, Inc., 535 Marksmen Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214-4412.
