In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the US General Services Administration, this opportunity is only available to the current 8(a) contractor: ARS Mechanical, LLC. This is not a request for quotations. This will be a FFP Contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238220, Product Supply code (PSC) of Z111.
