This Amendment is modify the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDANCE" paragraph in it's entirety to read as follows: INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDANCE: If you are interested in attending this conference please contact Jasmine Runkles via email at [email protected]. Upon contact please specify the name of your company, the persons whom will attend, and identify their country of citizenship. No more than two persons from the same company. All responses for attendance MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00PM JANUARY 21, 2009. IF YOU ARE NOT A UNITED STATES CITIZEN, YOUR RESPONSE FOR ATTENDANCE MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 3:00PM ON JANUARY 15, 2009. NO EXCEPTIONS SHALL BE MADE. The Conference will be held in the Green Auditorium of Building 101 on the NIST, Gaithersburg, MD campus (address below). No entry to the NIST campus will be permitted after 10:15am.
