35--Provide exterior texture for combat enhancement to ISO containers at Camp Shelby, Hattiesberg, Mississippi.

On behalf of Camp Shelby, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Rucker, Fort Rucker, Alabama (CCMI-RUK) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10. U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1); FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Strategic Operations, 4705 RUFFIN RD, San Diego, CA 92123-1611. The place of performance is Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center (CSJFTC) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The contractor will provide exterior texturization enhancement for on sight ISO containers to resemble compounds located in Afghanistan/ Iraq in support of realistic training for troop deployment. The Contractor shall provide all required equipment, labor, tools, materials and supplies and comply with all safety provisions. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is NOT a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
