This is the final synopsis for Provide Epoxy to Hangar Floor at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, OR. This is a 100% small business set-aside. This pre-solicitation notice is for the recoating of aircraft hangar flooring at the Portla nd Air National Guard Base, Portland, Oregon. The proposed scope of work involves the preparation of, and application of epoxy coating to approximately 13,528 square foot of Hangar Bay floors. This is inclusive of scrubbing, sandblasting, repair of dents and divots in floor, saw cutting as required, joint filling, sanding and rinsing, and the application of epoxy coating as outlined in the solicitation. The projected performance period for this project is 14 calendar days. There are TWO site visits sche duled, April 18, 2007 at 10:00 AM (1000 hrs) local time and again on May 2, 2007 at 10:00 AM local time. All quest ions are to be submitted to Mike Collins via email not later than April 26, 2007. Contractors who do not comply with this process and do not have an approved application will not be granted access to the base. This site visit/pre-bid meeting is highly en couraged and suggested. Site visitors will meet in Building 140, CE section at the Portland Air National Guard Base prior to walk through. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000.00-$50, 000.00.
