The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Business Interiors Northwest of Alaska, LLC, doing business as BINW, for disassembly, moving, and reassembly of VA-owned Herman Miller furniture in Anchorage, AK. NAICS 238390 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company is certified by the OEM to provide onsite disassembly and reassembly services in Alaska, equal to BINW.
