RECOVERY - ARRA funding obligation supporting Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site remediation activities at the Painted Desert Inn LUST site in Navajo lands in Apache County, AZ

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE US EPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE US EPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this announcement is to obligate $27,738.00 of ARRA funding for additional Level Of Effort for the eligible Tribal work at the Painted Desert Inn Navajo NAV 049 LUST site. The period of performance for this work is from the December 1, 2009 to September 28, 2011. Site activities for this amendment will include the design and implementation of a new treatment system and the evaluation of the current non-operating system (pilot test). This work assignment may be amended with additional funding for additional site remediation activities. The site is located on Navajo Trust lands in Navajo, Arizona in Apache County.
