RECOVERY - ARRA funding for groundwater pump-and-treat remediation system and associated injection wells and transformer at the Davis Chevrolet Navajo 185 LUST site in Tuba City, Arizona

In accordance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub,L. 111-5, the Government posts this special notice of intent to obligate funding to an existing contract vehicle, EP-W-07-104 in the amount of $5,000 in support of Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) eligible tribal work including the installation of a groundwater pump-and-treat remediation system and associated injection wells and transformers at the Davis Chevrolet Navajo 185 LUST site. The period of performance for this work is from April 23, 2010 to September 28, 2011. The site treatment system will also include provisions for the disposal of the water that is generated from the remediation plant. The site is located in Tuba City, Arizona 86045.
