Final Supplement 511 Catfish Products

The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted an updated Supplement 511 for Catfish Products July 2024. Primary updates include: the addition of FPPS- wild-caught catfish fillets, unbreaded, raw, frozen; name updated to include Farm-Raised Catfish (FRC); added fillet portions as a raw material option to produce finished product; compliance meeting portion weight requirements per contractor and described in tech. proposal, updated allergen information; option to use frozen raw material to produce finished product; including tempering requirement, frozen raw material temperature and product 60-day age requirement.
